We offer the conceptual design and development applying the required technologies to build and install unique spaces for leisure and sport which are exclusive and certificated.
The Almería City Council of Vícar has put into operation a new playground designed by Galopín Playgrounds. It is a space conceived from the historical, cultural and patrimonial personality of the population itself, in which the milestones and characteristics that have defined the town throughout its history are represented. Here pedagogy, tradition and leisure are combined in a specific urban environment that aspires to be an icon in which elements of collective memory are represented, as well as being a place of large-scale social interaction in the urban planning of the municipality. A space where the children of the municipality can identify themselves, together with their parents and grandparents, with the ancestors who for centuries walked on the same ground.
The proposed children's area project is inspired by the hospital ship Gil Eannes.
It was born to be an outdoor leisure place connected to our maritime history.
The old Portuguese hospital ship Gil Eannes that is docked as a ship-museum in the port of Viana do Castelo, was for many years the Portuguese fishing hospital ship in Terra Nova and Greenland, where the conditions are extremely hard
The theme chosen for this park is fun, and an educational purpose at the same time, to define an icon for the city and attractive for all generations. A place of encounter and social interaction that is linked to the history of the country and a concrete reality.
There are different areas of play:
The points of rest and relaxation in which the observer can enjoy the atmosphere and the textures of the park.
The play area for children with small boats that accompany Gil Eannes.
An area for older children with a large hospital ship, which contains climbing structures, mobile panels, etc.
A mobile panel area on the main facade of Gil Eannes, headrests and accessories on the inside of the facade.

The General Hospital of Alicante has opened on the terrace of its 5th floor, the oncology plant, a playground for pediatric patients. By this way, the hospitalized children can enjoy an environment of normalcy, which makes them forget the space in which they live and the process of treatment. This project, financed by the Juan Oliver Jiménez Foundation, together with the collaboration of other institutions, is a tribute to Jaunín, the son of one of the workers of the hospital staff, who spent a great part of his life in that institution.
It has three facades, FAC04 model whale, FAC15 model submarine and FAC05 model boat; In addition to two sets of networks, models ARC01 and ARC08, and the most striking, a huge yellow submarine visible from the Gran via.
This Galopín space is inspired by the marine ocean combining shapes and colors reminiscent of the sea.
A different model of park, that mixes the playful functions with the help of children with treatments
In the plaza of the Plaza Rio 2 Shopping Center, the aim was to achieve maximum complexity by occupying the minimum floor area.
Therefore, we created a vertical maze, a circuit with inclined ramps that provides a high degree of dynamism and safety.
The most innovative of the proposal is the arrangement of two parallel circuits that gives a point of complexity more to the route.
Once the end of the maze is reached, we found three large polyhedral nests , hung from a walkway and connected by network and rope structures, to reach a large tubular final slide with glass roof and 7.50 meters high.
Plaza Rio 2 has reserved its terrace and its spectacular views to the little ones.
As an extension of the building, the game space is located at the highest point, as a real milestone. A spectacular sphere of tempered blue glass and LED lights, in which, children from 4 to 12 years old can demonstrate their climbing skills. A large sphere, currently icon of the shopping center, and ready to play with the spectacular skyline of Madrid in the background.
There is a constructive coherence between the game and the main face of the building, since the same architectural language is used. The sphere protrudes from the upper terrace of the shopping center. Inside it houses a three-dimensional network structure, with a large slide inside, which becomes the main attraction element, stimulating the child to climb to the highest point of the game.
Considering the importance of natural elements for our client, we decide to go further and create a global concept, the green corridor. Throught differentes ingredientes such as vegetation, wood, sculptural elements and topografphy we design a wide leisure offer for a diverse target.
The tree life playground consists on a nature-inspired tower that seems to be a tree because of its branches structure and several platforms distributed along the tree, where different games are placed. The games are different fun ways to go up an down inside the tower such as nets tunnel, bridges, climbing ropes or spacial stairs. those games lead children go to the high platforms where are placed the entrance to the two big slides that are enveloping the whole tree. The tree tops is covered by an artificial garden in order to create a more natural feeling.

Marine Cove is set to be the best destination for beach families activities, in Singapore.
The objetive in this project is to design an iconic playground tower that is seen by the cars from the highway going by and by the families enjoying a day at the seafront.
We intend to create a tower that becames a reference for all visitors and relates to the beach mood of the area.
Marine Cove have 3,500 sqm with a range of equipment suitable for various ages, where the beach tower is the main element of the playground.

The Cube is a project for the Alegra shopping center in Madrid.
The objective of the project was to create a play area that would serve as a claim for children and adults and increase the traffic of visitors in the area.
Therefore, it was decided to create an iconic element visible from the outside of the shopping center. The solution also allows many children to play at the same time, since the influx of users in shopping centers is usually high.
The overexploited structure of the building is also the "WOW" effect and together with its transparent cover offers a much more exciting feeling to children.
The transparent coverage of the game allows children to be seen by their parents at all times.

Playing in the sky
The desire to fly has always been associated with the history of dreams and technical progress in Humanity. From Icaro’s failure, through Leonardo’s drawings, to the Wright brothers’ early prototypes, flying machines and their derivatives, space rockets, were a tool with which humans attempted to conquer a new physical frontier and to turn one their oldest desires into a reality.
For the youngest ones, even at a time characterized by new possibilities from virtual reality and video games, the trail from a plane in the sky or the first time travelling by air become evocative and unforgettable experiences.
It is from this analysis that the idea of creating a play area integrated within the shell of an aeroplane has arisen. Playing in an area which replicates the surrounding of a machine that is usually handled by adults creates a sense of amazement in children.

The basic principles brought forward for this project can be summarized in their essentially educational value. The goal of this project is not to compete with nature, but rather to try to teach us how to look at it.
The significant savings in emissions with the use of material has an impact on the environmental footprint.
In our search for coherence and sustainability, locally sourced materials and labour have been used whenever possible.
Respect for our own culture
We understand that it is essential to have an awareness of the history, archaeology, and even the industrial background, as well as the local anthropologic and ethnographic aspects.
In this sense, the fishermen guilds, the associations defending native species, and associations defending the preservation and recovery of history, anthropology and industrial architecture have all been taken into account. That way,the information provided by them, their records and memories are registered in the proposed educational contents.
“We are used to seeing art in museums that we can see but we cannot touch. Prometeo is a monumental piece that happens to be certified for play, is fun and exciting, while at the same time being safe and capable of accommodating a large number of users of all ages.”
Prometeo is not only an award-winning piece, we can also prove that its components guarantee that it will not be necessary to tighten it, since it features patented tightening elements that charge themselves hydraulically.
As if it were an artistic “happening”, the A30 seeks to intervene in space through an innovative concept of leisure and aesthetics, always with the help of the users.
It enables users to exercise, empowers muscle elasticity and encourages imagination due to its various shapes, which resemble wrecked ships or structures that seem to come up to the surface from below.
It will fit into any surroundings, either rural or urban, since it perfectly blends into an elegant yet functional design using modern and durable materials. It is a game that shines on its own due to an attractive and pure design, inviting the users to discover new sensations.
It features three concepts in a single element: technique, art and freedom. It is a sculptural piece with an intricate metallic framework that, when playing, produces a strong feeling of liberty.
This is a game that enhances participation, it is unique and innovative. It includes engineering and sensitivity.
It is the biggest see-saw in the world. Its movement resembles a large wave with over fifty users riding on top of it and interacting with each other. It is a new idea that marks a new milestone in the world of games.
These are sculptural pieces that aim to shorten the distance between current art and the citizens, integrating themselves in our routines.
